Which countries do we deliver?
We ship our products to all countries in the European Union.

We try to process and ship the orders daily. In some cases we may need 1 or 2 days to hand over the orders to PostNL.
All shipments by PostNL receive a unique tracking code, which you receive by email so that you can keep an eye on the delivery.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return (part of) your order or exchange it for another size within 14 days after you have received your purchase. For collection in the store, the return period of 14 days applies from the moment you have been notified that your order is ready. You can return or exchange a purchase in our store in Wassenaar or you can return the purchase by a parcel service.

Rules for returning the purchase
- Make sure that the item is unused and complete with the original packaging and any price tags.
- Make sure that the item is not washed or worn (of course you can try it on).
- Put the item in a shipping box (or envelope / shipping sleeve if appropriate). You can use the box in which the items are delivered if it is still usable.
- Download the return form here, fill it out, print it and put it in the box. You can also use this form if you want to exchange the item for a different color or size, or a completely different item.
- Make sure that the shipping box is properly sealed.
- Place our address on the package (see the return form).
- Deliver the package to a reliable parcel company (PostNL, UPS, DHL, DPD, etc.).
- Make sure you always send the package with a tracking service! This prevents misunderstandings whether the package has arrived at our store.
- Note: All costs of returning are for your own account, unless we have delivered the wrong item.
After receiving a return, it can take up to 5 business days to process it. When the return is approved you will receive an email with confirmation.
After approval, we will refund the amount of the products that have been returned (provided that they are returned within the return period of 14 days).
